Staff Technical Writer

About the role

Goods & Services seeks a Staff Technical Writer to own, design, and execute comprehensive documentation strategies for its Mobile & Cloud platform programs. The documentation will support external partners as well as internal technical and regulatory teams, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with software engineers and product managers to document REST APIs, SDK workflows, and cloud‑based architecture.
• Maintain and organize internal technical knowledge bases using Polarion.
• Develop and maintain high‑quality API and SDK documentation for iOS and Android platforms.

Required profile

• 3+ years of technical writing experience, preferably for advanced engineering customers.
• Experience creating API and SDK documentation for iOS and Android.
• Hands‑on experience with Polarion.
• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent written English and strong verbal interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and contribute to documentation structure and design.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic software development environment with tight deadlines.
