Staff SDET Mobile (AI-Enabled)

About the role

Goods & Services is seeking a Staff SDET Mobile to design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions for native iOS and Android applications as well as responsive web platforms. The role blends strong software development abilities with quality‑engineering expertise and leverages AI tools to accelerate test creation, automation, and defect analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for iOS, Android, and responsive web applications.
• Create and execute smoke, regression, integration, and end‑to‑end test suites.
• Build reusable automation components and libraries ensuring reliability, maintainability, and scalability.
• Validate mobile‑specific features such as push notifications, deep links, biometric authentication, offline functionality, and cross‑device compatibility.
• Design and run API automation tests to verify integrations and data integrity across environments.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support release readiness activities.
• Monitor test execution, track quality metrics, and troubleshoot flaky or failing tests.
• Utilize AI tools to speed up test case generation, automation development, defect investigation, test data creation, log analysis, and documentation.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve testing efficiency through AI‑assisted workflows.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in QA automation or SDET roles.
• Hands‑on experience testing native iOS and Android applications and responsive web applications.
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, Python, C# or Kotlin.
• Proficiency with automation tools such as Appium, Playwright, Selenium, XCUITest, and Espresso.
• Experience with API testing tools like Postman, Karate DSL, or REST Assured.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, ChatGPT).
