Sr. Full Stack Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Full‑Stack Engineer to lead the development of our core customer onboarding platform, a high‑volume, high‑performance application that drives growth and patient outcomes. The role is fully remote and will work closely with the Tech Lead and founders to shape the platform’s architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Build and scale the production version of the onboarding platform through hands‑on development.
• Ship critical, high‑impact features that enhance the user experience.
• Translate product specifications into clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Optimize frontend and backend performance for a lightning‑fast onboarding flow.
• Integrate third‑party APIs such as payments, analytics, and messaging.
• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure platform stability.
• Establish and elevate engineering standards for the growing team.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional full‑stack software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Experience with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS infrastructure.
• Proven ability to build and scale production‑grade, user‑facing applications.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, high‑ambiguity environments.
• Demonstrated technical ownership from development to production.
