Senior Technical Project Manager – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

FullStack is looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to join its talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients across Latin America. You will become an integral part of the client’s engineering team, collaborating daily with designers, developers, and product owners on complex digital transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate directly into client teams and coordinate with designers, engineers, and product stakeholders.
• Lead project governance activities including stand‑ups, delivery reviews, and risk‑management processes.
• Oversee delivery timelines, track milestones, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve technical blockers.
• Ensure continuous integration and delivery pipelines are maintained and optimized.
• Produce executive reports that translate technical progress into clear business impact.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional technical project management experience.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Proven experience leading digital transformation, data platform, or AI‑driven initiatives.
• Track record of managing cross‑functional initiatives involving engineering, product, operations, and data teams.
• Strong familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and fast‑paced Scrum environments.
