Senior Technical Project Manager (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Senior Technical Project Manager to lead multiple software projects for our clients. The role is fully remote and open to candidates based in Latin America, reporting to the Devsu team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain project health and accelerate delivery from idea to production.
• Prioritize work during sprint planning and coordinate releases with product, tech, and client teams.
• Implement and manage release processes across development, test and production environments.
• Monitor metrics and KPIs, identify improvement opportunities and ensure profitability.
• Manage risks, resolve issues affecting scope, schedule or quality, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate communication with stakeholders, providing updates on plans, commitments and changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of product or project management experience in software projects.
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in software development, testing or operations.
• Proven leadership, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Advanced written and verbal English communication skills.
