Systems Analyst

About the role

As a Systems Analyst you will provide technical assistance across Windows and macOS environments, set up computers, configure software, manage email systems, and ensure seamless operations within our AI‑focused tech company.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tier‑2 and tier‑3 technical support, including software installation, upgrades, configuration and administration.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop application enhancements and align solutions with core enterprise systems.
• Support employee onboarding and off‑boarding by provisioning devices, configuring accounts and handling equipment recovery.
• Assist the security team with daily cybersecurity activities such as access reviews and security awareness initiatives.
• Create and maintain documentation and deliver training sessions for team members.
• Use AI tools to build small apps, scripts and workflows that automate repetitive IT and business processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in information technologies and systems analysis.
• Experience supporting Microsoft technologies such as O365 and Azure.
• Background in supporting back‑office applications, for example a financial ERP system.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) and low‑code/automation platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
