Senior Tech Generalist – Full‑Stack Engineer

About the role

Capchase is looking for a Senior Tech Generalist to own end‑to‑end development across its financing platform. You will work on both customer‑facing features and internal tools, shaping the architecture and ensuring reliability of core financial systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack applications that support seller and buyer workflows.
• Evolve the platform architecture for scalability, reliability, and security while balancing speed and long‑term maintainability.
• Own critical financial services such as payment orchestration, ledger management, underwriting engines, reconciliation pipelines, and real‑time deal tracking.
• Integrate external services and automate internal processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with product, data, and operations teams to define requirements, prioritize work, and deliver high‑impact features.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a track record of delivering production‑grade systems.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to understand complex end‑to‑end workflows.
• Comfortable making pragmatic trade‑offs between speed, quality, and maintainability.
• Passion for fintech and building tools that enable fast, reliable financing for technology companies.
