Senior Software Engineer – Ad Management & Analytics

About the role

Brainlabs is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to develop and enhance its ad management and analytics platforms that serve thousands of accounts across Google, Meta, TikTok and other channels. You will work on full‑stack features, data pipelines and AI‑driven capabilities in a fast‑paced, high‑ownership environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement full‑stack features for large‑scale advertising platforms.
• Build and maintain high‑volume data pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
• Integrate with ad platform APIs such as Google Ads, Meta/Facebook and TikTok.
• Apply AI techniques (forecasting, recommendation, NLP) to improve performance insights and budget allocation.
• Collaborate with marketing strategists, data teams and product stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Required profile

• Self‑starter who can work with minimal supervision and define what needs to be built.
• Thrives in a fast‑changing environment and embraces ambiguity.
• Excellent communicator able to work directly with non‑technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong Python development skills.
• Full‑stack experience including Vue.js.
• Solid SQL knowledge and experience with big‑data pipelines.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) and Docker containerisation.
• Familiarity with digital advertising platform integrations.
• Understanding of ML/NLP concepts and production deployment.
• Comfortable using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot.
