About the role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Functional Consultant to provide functional and business-side support for Oracle EBS SCM applications. The role involves troubleshooting supply chain issues, supporting business users, and managing end‑to‑end order fulfillment processes.
Key responsibilities
- Provide functional support for Oracle Order Management, Inventory, Shipping Execution, Warehouse Management and Purchasing.
- Troubleshoot order processing issues, perform root‑cause analysis and support supply planning activities such as demand‑supply balancing and shortage resolution.
- Manage business incidents, coordinate with technical teams and track resolutions.
- Support B2B operations, repair, return, replacement and RMA workflows.
- Assist with functional testing, SIT/UAT, defect tracking and production releases.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle SCM.
- Strong knowledge of Order Management, Inventory and Shipping.
- Experience with supply planning and ASCP (preferred).
- Familiarity with Pega‑based workflows or case management processes.
