About the role
PwC Uruguay is seeking a Senior Manager to act as the technical lead for ServiceNow within its product team. The role focuses on designing solutions that align business requirements with the platform’s capabilities, minimizing customizations and maximizing the use of standard product features.
Key responsibilities
- Design technical solutions that meet business needs while leveraging out‑of‑the‑box ServiceNow functionality.
- Manage the product roadmap and define new platform capabilities.
- Translate business requirements into user stories and detailed technical specifications.
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert for one or more ServiceNow modules.
- Guide development teams and clients on best practices for using the platform.
Required profile
- 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow implementer or architect.
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications, ideally Certified Technical Architect.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
- Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
