Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Node.js & React) – Remote

About the role

We are a digital health company building accessible, personalized healthcare platforms. As a Senior Full‑Stack Engineer you will shape both the backend services and the user‑facing interfaces that power patient and provider experiences across LATAM.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable APIs and services using Node.js and Express.js.
• Define and evolve data models, schemas, and migrations in PostgreSQL.
• Build responsive, high‑performance UI components with React and Tailwind CSS.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to define API contracts and deliver end‑to‑end features.
• Own build, deployment, and CI/CD pipelines on AWS to improve release velocity.
• Enforce code quality through automated testing, pull‑request reviews, and documentation.
• Implement observability (metrics, tracing, logging) to ensure system reliability.

Required profile

• 6+ years of professional full‑stack development experience.
• Strong background with Node.js/Express.js and React.
• Proven expertise designing relational databases in PostgreSQL.
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience creating and documenting RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
• Hands‑on experience deploying and monitoring applications on AWS.
• Solid understanding of unit, integration, and end‑to‑end testing practices.
