Senior Fraud Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Fraud Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team at Delivery Hero. You will work remotely, building and maintaining dashboards that give visibility into critical fraud‑related KPIs across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain advanced, automated dashboards for fraud monitoring.
• Ensure data consistency, create robust tables, and set up alerts to protect data integrity.
• Serve as a technical liaison between departments, translating data needs into actionable analytical solutions.
• Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and accelerate data development cycles.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Metrics, preferably in tech or high‑transaction environments.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high‑quality analytical solutions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SQL (mandatory).
• Familiarity with Google BigQuery (a plus).
• Advanced experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Grafana.
• Hands‑on experience with generative AI tools, preferably Gemini, for code optimization.
