Senior Full Stack Developer

About the role

Blend is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build and deliver scalable software solutions that combine strong backend capabilities with modern front‑end experiences. The role focuses on asynchronous programming, messaging and event‑driven architectures within an AI‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain full‑stack applications using Python or C#/.NET for the backend and React.js for the front‑end.
• Implement asynchronous processes, messaging patterns and event‑driven workflows with technologies such as Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Integrate services via REST APIs, cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and other messaging platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and participate in architectural decisions.
• Write clean, well‑tested code, conduct code reviews and troubleshoot issues across both backend and front‑end components.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with strong backend expertise in Python or C#/.NET.
• Proven experience building responsive front‑end applications with React.js.
• Hands‑on experience with asynchronous programming, messaging systems (Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, Kafka) and event‑driven architectures.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure or AWS) and RESTful service integration.
• Ability to work independently, solve complex technical problems and communicate effectively with global teams.
