Senior Consultant – Freelance AI Project (MBB & Top‑Tier Firms)

About the role

We are seeking experienced senior consultants from top‑tier strategy firms to join a remote, project‑based initiative that translates real consulting engagements into structured learning environments for advanced AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Build realistic consulting project scenarios, incorporating industry context, financial data, constraints, and ambiguous inputs.
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents, such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, and operational diagnosis.
• Define evaluation criteria, grading frameworks, and golden‑answer solutions to train and calibrate LLM‑based assessment tools.
• Collaborate with the AI and data‑generation team to ensure alignment between consulting content and AI training objectives.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems into analytical plans and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Experience building financial models, market analyses, and synthesizing findings from messy inputs.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.
