Senior Accountant

About the role

The Senior Accountant will join Integer’s finance team to produce accurate financial reports, develop forecasting models, and support budgeting activities. The role works closely with cross‑functional partners and relies on Oracle and Hyperion to deliver timely analysis for decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Integer’s values, safety, environmental, security, quality, FDA, and other regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain key financial reports and analysis packages using Hyperion and Oracle.
• Create and update financial models that support forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Partner with functional leaders to drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Provide cross‑functional analysis, presentations, and reporting to ensure high‑quality, accurate, and timely information.
• Promote consistency across the business by standardising reporting and analytical tools.
• Perform ad‑hoc analysis and reporting as needed.
• Execute additional duties related to finance and operations as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 0‑3 years of experience, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong analytical abilities and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to influence multiple constituencies and work collaboratively.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred.
