Salesforce QA Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Salesforce QA Engineer to join a modern, fast‑paced environment focused on quality and continuous improvement. The role ensures platform stability and performance across complex Salesforce implementations, leveraging AI‑powered testing tools where appropriate.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute test strategies, both manual and automated as needed.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end‑to‑end testing.
• Test Salesforce components including Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and integrations.
• Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps.
• Collaborate closely with Development, Product, and QA teams to ensure quality delivery.
• Support platform stability, performance validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to automation and test coverage efforts where applicable.

Required profile

• 4+ years of QA experience, including 3+ years working with Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and core platform components.
• Hands‑on experience testing Apex, Flows, LWC, and integrations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Advanced English level.
