Sales Manager Duty Free – Global Travel Retail Americas

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Manager Duty Free to lead commercial growth across the Americas in the Global Travel Retail channel. You will act as the primary bridge between world‑class consumer‑goods brands and duty‑free operators such as airports, border shops and ferries, turning market opportunities into measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact between global brand owners and duty‑free partners throughout the American continent.
• Manage multiple product categories, maintaining close relationships with both customers and suppliers.
• Develop and nurture long‑term partnerships, visiting key accounts regularly (travel expected roughly once every six weeks).
• Implement strategic plans, using analytical insights to monitor market trends and adjust tactics.
• Lead negotiations, balancing margin objectives with sustainable relationship building.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG and duty‑free environments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong commercial orientation.
• Proactive, purpose‑driven attitude and ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, international setting where daily priorities shift.
