About the role

The District Sales Manager will lead commercial activities across a network of dealerships, balancing field visits with office analysis to drive wholesale and retail performance. This hybrid position requires regular travel and close collaboration with dealership owners and managers.

Key responsibilities

Spend 50% of time visiting dealerships to advise on business, ensure brand standards, monitor sales performance, and review customer service indicators.
Allocate and invoice vehicle units, analyze competitor pricing, develop commercial conditions, issue circulars, and assess registration coverage by zone.

Required profile

University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
3–5 years of field sales experience managing territories or key accounts, preferably in automotive or retail distribution.
Strong results orientation, analytical ability to manage KPIs, negotiation skills, autonomy, and excellent written and oral communication.
