Senior Commercial Operations Analyst

About the role

The Senior Commercial Operations Analyst will support the execution of GDS Air Commercial Agreements, acting as the key contract point for Air Distribution Commercial Teams and ensuring commercial terms are operationalized effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams to support commercial terms prior to contract execution.
• Interpret and explain commercial terms in Distribution Agreements and translate business needs into requirements.
• Draft and facilitate Business Requirement Documents, obtain sign‑off, and support system implementation.
• Participate in planning and implementation phases for commercial projects, communicating with stakeholders and tracking status.
• Review contract execution effectiveness and recommend process improvements and automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Operational experience working with commercial teams and post‑sales implementation.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
• Excellent communication, analytical, organizational and project management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with strong stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with QlikView, Salesforce, Business Objects, Rally, and Sabre Red 360 (preferred).
