About the role
WTW's Research and Innovation Center (RIC) is an internal research unit that helps the firm develop its capabilities to serve clients with leading-edge thinking, data and knowledge resources. It acts as a center of excellence for research papers, technical developments and new data resources and tools. As a Research Assistant within RIC, you will work actively on research and consulting projects.
Key responsibilities
- Data collection for the development of new or existing databases, including analysis and reporting
- Answering information requests from consultants as part of one of RIC's internal service lines
- Assisting research associates in their ongoing R&D projects
Required profile
- Currently studying towards a bachelor's degree in Economics, Data Science, Statistics or a similar field
- Fluent in English, written and spoken (will be tested)
- Keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence
Required skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent data manipulation skills
What we offer
- 6-month paid internship starting in February 2027
- Part-time commitment of 30 hours per week plus lunchtime
