Research Assistant (Intern)

About the role

WTW's Research and Innovation Center (RIC) is an internal research unit that helps the firm develop its capabilities to serve clients with leading-edge thinking, data and knowledge resources. It acts as a center of excellence for research papers, technical developments and new data resources and tools. As a Research Assistant within RIC, you will work actively on research and consulting projects.

Key responsibilities

• Data collection for the development of new or existing databases, including analysis and reporting
• Answering information requests from consultants as part of one of RIC's internal service lines
• Assisting research associates in their ongoing R&D projects

Required profile

• Currently studying towards a bachelor's degree in Economics, Data Science, Statistics or a similar field
• Fluent in English, written and spoken (will be tested)
• Keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent data manipulation skills

What we offer

• 6-month paid internship starting in February 2027
• Part-time commitment of 30 hours per week plus lunchtime
