About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Hiring Journey Analyst to deliver an outstanding recruitment experience for both technical and non‑technical candidates. Working remotely, you will act as the main point of contact, guiding candidates through each step of the hiring process and ensuring timely, accurate placements for our global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with candidates, maintain engagement, and build relationships throughout the selection process.
• Keep detailed records of applicant information, including CVs, assignments, and interview evaluations.
• Assess candidates' knowledge, skills, soft skills, and experience.
• Coordinate and participate in interviews, acting as a liaison between candidates and clients, and prepare candidates for each interview.
• Schedule interviews, coding challenges, and tests while sustaining candidate interest.
• Gather and convey comprehensive candidate data to the staffing team for optimal resource allocation.
