Remote Project Manager – Technology Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to join BairesDev’s global technology team. In this fully remote position you will coordinate engineering initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and to client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and guide project progress, providing direction to team members.
• Coordinate processes, uphold quality standards and track performance metrics.
• Facilitate clear communication across teams and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage budgets and report on financial status.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to guarantee expectations are met.
• Support the implementation of technology solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and Agile practices.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
• Effective leadership and interpersonal abilities.
