Quality Assurance Analyst

About the role

Sparq is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join its modern product engineering team. You will help ensure that new system changes do not disrupt existing functionality while leveraging AI tools to boost efficiency and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Perform regression testing and validate ABS dependencies to protect existing processes.
• Write test cases from business requirements, user stories, and other source documentation.
• Communicate test results, impediments, and status updates clearly to stakeholders.
• Use AI tools such as Claude to streamline testing tasks and share best practices.
• Author and review test cases to guarantee comprehensive coverage of acceptance criteria.
• Participate in peer reviews of test cases for completeness and correctness.
• Follow client‑specific SDLC processes throughout the testing lifecycle.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience or strong willingness to adopt AI tools, especially Claude.
• Commitment to exceeding client expectations and delivering high‑quality results.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
