QA Analyst

About the role

Jam City is seeking a QA Analyst to ensure the quality of its mobile game functionalities and new integrations. The analyst will work closely with development partners, execute test plans using tools such as TestRail, and support the release process from design through launch.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed bug reports in JIRA and communicate status updates to the team.
• Follow priorities set by the QA Lead and Product Leads to meet deadlines.
• Verify issue resolutions across all supported platforms and stabilize release candidates.
• Collaborate with a highly collaborative QA team to investigate and reproduce issues.
• Track feature progress from design to creation and support partners during testing phases.

Required profile

• Highly detail‑oriented with an inquisitive mindset.
• Advanced written and spoken English communication skills.
• Basic understanding of the software testing process.

Required skills

• Proficiency with JIRA for issue tracking.
• Experience using TestRail or similar test management tools.
• Basic knowledge of programming concepts and SQL.
