Product Specialist – WordPress & Travel Platform

About the role

Travel Leaders Network is seeking a Product Specialist with strong WordPress experience to own and support the Leaders Edge Website Program, a templated website solution for travel advisors. The role blends product ownership, customer support, and training to drive adoption and ensure success for internal teams and end users.

Key responsibilities

• Act as product owner and subject‑matter expert for the Leaders Edge Website Program, managing enhancements based on business needs and user feedback.
• Gather, document, and prioritize requirements; maintain the product backlog and coordinate with development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Provide Tier 2 support, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with WordPress developers to resolve escalated problems.
• Deliver live product demonstrations, training sessions, webinars, and large‑group presentations to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Collect and analyze user feedback, driving continuous improvement and aligning product initiatives with marketing, IT, and support services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology or equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive experience with WordPress CMS, website administration, HTML and CSS.
• Proven ability to gather business requirements, manage priorities and work in Agile or similar product development environments.
• Understanding of SDLC processes, SEO best practices and CRM integrations such as Salesforce.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills, with the ability to remain calm and solution‑oriented in a fast‑paced environment.
