Product Manager – AI Solutions

About the role

Arionkoder, an AI consulting firm, is seeking a strategic Product Manager to own the full lifecycle of its AI‑driven products. You will translate business objectives into actionable roadmaps, collaborate with engineering and design, and ensure delivery of high‑impact solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product roadmap, aligning priorities with business goals.
• Collaborate with the Tech Lead to shape feature specifications and with UX/UI designers to define user experiences.
• Work with the Project Manager to break down initiatives into trackable tasks and keep delivery on schedule.
• Lead client demos, clearly communicating product value and benefits.
• Support go‑to‑market activities by partnering with the Growth team on positioning and sales enablement.
• Align product development with Arionkoder’s broader innovation program and stakeholder expectations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with AI or technology solutions.
• Proven leadership in guiding cross‑functional teams through full product cycles.
• Strong ownership, reliability, and ability to meet milestones.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1) for client interaction and international collaboration.
