Personal Assistant – Entertainment & Corporate Travel

About the role

Lieberman Travel, a luxury travel agency within the Global Travel Collection, is seeking a proactive Personal Assistant to support its lead entertainment and corporate travel agents. The role focuses on handling travel requests, preparing quotes, and ensuring seamless execution for high‑net‑worth clients, touring entertainers, and corporate executives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the lead travel agent with booking quotes, ticketing, and itinerary changes for music tours and corporate trips.
• Organise and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and final itinerary delivery.
• Monitor a shared inbox, respond to urgent requests, and manage confidential client information with discretion.
• Handle administrative tasks such as invoicing, credit‑card pre‑payments, VIP hotel bookings, commission tracking, and Sabre profile creation.
• Provide support outside traditional working hours, including evenings and weekends, when needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role within travel or related sectors.
• Strong organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and respond to urgent travel needs.
• Professional handling of confidential information.

Required skills

• Hands‑on knowledge of the Sabre reservation system, including profile building and ticket exchanges/MCOs.
• Ability to produce accurate travel quotes quickly.
• Experience with invoicing, credit‑card processing, and VIP hotel negotiations.
