Operations CSR & Shipping Document Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Operations CSR & Shipping Document Coordinator to manage customer orders and international shipments from order entry through final delivery. The role blends customer operations, logistics coordination, export documentation, and freight management in a fast‑paced supply‑chain environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain sales orders and contracts, coordinating pickups, deliveries, and carrier bookings.
• Track vessel and railcar movements, monitor warehouse activity, and ensure timely return of empty railcars.
• Prepare and review international shipping documents such as Bills of Lading, Certificates of Analysis, Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists.
• Handle export declarations, interpret Letters of Credit when required, and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Provide shipment visibility to commercial teams, resolve delays, and manage delivery‑related claims.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in international trade, logistics, shipping operations, supply chain, or a related field.
• Strong professional English communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments, priorities, and deadlines independently.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Experience with international shipping and export documentation.
