Offshore NetSuite Functional Consultant (EMEA)

About the role

Join our EMEA delivery organization as an Offshore NetSuite Functional Consultant. You will support business‑critical ERP programs across multiple European markets, driving end‑to‑end NetSuite implementations and ongoing managed services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle NetSuite ERP projects (Discovery, Design, Build, Test, Go‑Live, Hypercare).
• Gather requirements, create functional designs and configure core Financials/Operations modules.
• Conduct functional workshops, support UAT, cut‑over planning and post‑go‑live stabilization.
• Provide Managed Services support: troubleshoot issues, deliver enhancements, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Build reports, saved searches, KPIs and dashboards; assist with data migration and validation.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and automation.
• Maintain delivery governance: effort tracking, change control, documentation and status reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on NetSuite implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite Financials, core business processes (R2R, O2C, P2P) and segregation of duties.
• Ability to work autonomously in an offshore model with proactive, customer‑first attitude.
• Professional English; Spanish or other European languages are a plus.
