Mid-level Data Analyst (dbt, Snowflake, Tableau)

About the role

We are looking for a Mid-level Data Analyst with strong dbt experience to join our global team. You will work closely with data engineering, analytics, finance and accounting teams to deliver clean, well‑documented data that powers business decisions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Work with our data stack: Snowflake, dbt, Tableau, GitHub, Fivetran, Hex, Google Suite and Slack.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define and maintain source‑of‑truth tables and improve data definitions.
• Transform, test, deploy and document data pipelines using version control and CI/CD.
• Design, develop, test and launch dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Maintain existing metrics, KPIs, reports and dashboards.
• Identify data quality issues, propose improvements and establish best practices.
• Mentor junior analysts and translate technical work for non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics.
• 1+ year of hands‑on experience with dbt.
• Advanced SQL skills and solid experience with Python.
• Familiarity with Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Experience with version control and continuous integration.
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
