Marketing Operations Specialist

About the role

Ultimate Jet Vacations is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to act as the operational and analytical partner to the Head of Marketing. The role translates strategic initiatives into executable plans, builds scalable systems, and ensures every campaign is measurable and data‑driven.

Key responsibilities

• Partner directly with the Head of Marketing to convert strategy into clear execution plans and develop campaign briefs, launch documentation, and marketing roadmaps.
• Own end‑to‑end campaign planning, from concept through launch readiness, coordinating cross‑functional teams and maintaining marketing calendars.
• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards, monitor KPIs, and produce executive reporting that communicates performance and insights.
• Conduct market and competitive research to support strategic decision‑making and prepare executive presentations.
• Define and enforce campaign tracking standards, UTM governance, and attribution processes to measure marketing influence.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and continuously recommend data‑based enhancements.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for turning complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to create structure around ambiguous projects.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and presenting findings to senior leadership.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced luxury travel environment.
