Specialist, Marketing Engagement

About the role

The Marketing Engagement Specialist supports the Internova Hotel, Villas and In‑Country Partner programs by developing and executing partner marketing plans, securing investments, and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and to brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage marketing activities for hotels, villas and in‑country partners, including asset acquisition, submission, execution and quality control.
• Coordinate with ad agencies to open job requests, track projects and ensure timely completion.
• Gather performance metrics, prepare digital analytics reports and recommend optimisations.
• Participate in sales and marketing meetings, follow brand guidelines and work with finance on invoicing.
• Update website content and maintain marketing collateral such as email newsletters and collateral assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Tourism/Hospitality Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 3‑5 years of experience with ad agency or client account management.
• Proven ability to analyse data, coordinate projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience in travel or tourism industry and knowledge of Salesforce are highly preferred.
