Marketing & Onboarding Specialist for Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a creative, tech‑savvy Marketing & Onboarding Specialist to help real‑estate agents and their clients launch and optimise their digital presence. You will guide new users through account set‑up, train them on social‑media tools, and design eye‑catching marketing assets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Zoom onboarding sessions for agents and clients, configuring accounts and tools.
• Assist clients in creating and optimising Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social‑media profiles.
• Train clients on best practices for real‑estate marketing on social platforms.
• Design marketing collateral (posts, flyers, banners) using Canva.
• Create professional, brand‑consistent email signatures.
• Generate creative ideas to boost visibility and lead generation.
• Collaborate with agents to align marketing tactics with target audiences and property portfolios.
• Maintain consistent branding across all digital channels.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social‑media marketing and client onboarding.
• Strong eye for branding and design aesthetics.
• Comfortable hosting and presenting Zoom sessions.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Basic knowledge of the real‑estate or short‑term‑rental industry is a plus.
• Organised, able to manage multiple onboarding sessions simultaneously.
