Director of Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a Director of Acquisition to lead end‑to‑end customer growth for a $500M+ DTC brand. The role owns performance across paid, owned and organic channels, ensuring profitable scaling while meeting CAC targets.

Key responsibilities

• Own acquisition strategy and execution across Meta and supporting channels, managing a $100M+ annual paid media budget.
• Develop creative strategies that drive sales for individual products and bundles, leveraging AI tools to accelerate testing and decision‑making.
• Manage funnel performance from ad to landing page to offer, implementing CRO tests and incrementality frameworks.
• Lead a team of Growth Managers across media, creative and funnel functions.

Required profile

• 10+ years in performance marketing or acquisition roles with a proven track record scaling direct‑response products.
• Experience managing $50M+ annual ad spend, allocating budgets and driving testing logic.
• Strong creative strategy skills, able to define angles, hooks and offers.
• Hands‑on experience building and optimizing full acquisition funnels.
• Leadership experience overseeing 5‑6 senior growth or performance managers.
