HubSpot Administrator

About the role

Plan A Technologies seeks an experienced HubSpot Administrator to manage and maintain its B2C marketing automation environment. The role focuses on workflow upkeep, email campaign monitoring, one‑off campaign deployment, and integration of new programs.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor existing HubSpot workflows and automated email campaigns.
• Configure workflows for new program launches and customer enrollment.
• Build, test, and deploy one‑off campaigns as needed.
• Manage contact records, custom objects, lists, and associated data.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate data flow into HubSpot.
• Serve as the internal HubSpot authority for cross‑functional teams.
• Support marketing data analytics and reporting.

Required profile

• At least 4 + years of experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub campaigns.
• Proven track record designing and overseeing email automation, workflows, and custom templates.
• Experience with B2C marketing operations and contact management.
• Strong troubleshooting and data‑management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
