About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Senior DevOps Technical Leader to drive the technical direction of its DevOps practice. In this fully remote position you will guide a team of engineers, shape cloud and automation strategies, and ensure robust, scalable infrastructure for high‑profile clients.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the overall DevOps strategy aligned with business goals and emerging technologies.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and security of scalable cloud environments.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to embed DevOps practices into software development and operations.
• Champion the adoption of innovative tools and methodologies.
• Manage security policies, risk mitigation, and compliance initiatives.
• Mentor team members on advanced DevOps techniques and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of hands‑on DevOps experience.
• Proven expertise with agile methodologies and large‑scale application delivery.
• Strong background in IT infrastructure, application security, and both back‑end and front‑end development.
• Experience conducting code reviews, managing CI/CD pipelines, and translating client requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of leading meetings with stakeholders and guiding teams.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
