Member of Technical Staff

About the role

3Y Health is building an AI‑native operating system for healthcare practices. As a Member of Technical Staff you will own features end‑to‑end, working directly with clinicians and operators to design, build, deploy and monitor solutions across the full stack.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AI agents and automated workflows for tasks such as insurance verification, prior authorizations, patient intake, claims processing and clinical documentation.
• Develop web and mobile features for clinicians, patients, families and internal operations teams using React, Next.js and React Native.
• Take ambiguous problems from concept to production: write specifications, design services, data models and APIs, and manage infrastructure as code.
• Own production services including deployments, monitoring, incident response and metric tracking for model‑facing features.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience building and shipping production software.
• Proven ability to own products or features from unclear problems to reliable systems.
• Comfort working in a large, established codebase and collaborating across time zones.

Required skills

• Strong full‑stack experience with Python and TypeScript.
• Frontend: React, Next.js, React Native.
• Backend: Kotlin, Hasura (GraphQL), Go, NestJS.
• Data: PostgreSQL (including pgvector), Snowflake.
• Workflows: Temporal, gRPC/Protobuf.
• Infrastructure: AWS (ECS Fargate, RDS), Terraform, GitHub Actions, Datadog, LaunchDarkly.
• AI/LLM tooling: Claude, OpenAI models, Claude Code, Codex, LangGraph or similar agents SDK.
