IT Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join its fully remote talent acquisition team. You will act as the bridge between client services, sales, and the broader recruiting function, ensuring that pre‑vetted technical candidates are matched quickly and effectively to business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, select, and present candidates from the existing talent pool for open IT positions.
• Manage the end‑to‑end vetting process on the client side, ensuring timely delivery and revenue optimization.
• Review and filter pipeline candidates according to defined parameters and guidelines.
• Write candidate summaries and edit resumes to showcase qualifications.
• Communicate regularly with clients, client‑services, and sales teams to align expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT recruiting or technical talent acquisition.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Team‑first attitude and collaborative approach.
