Insurance Housing Specialist

About the role

CS Outsource is seeking an experienced Insurance Housing Specialist to join its fully remote team. You will manage mid‑term rental (MTR) and insurance housing cases for US‑based clients, ensuring displaced policyholders are placed in suitable temporary homes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage MTR and insurance housing cases from initial placement through move‑out, handling ALE approvals, extensions, and documentation.
• Match displaced policyholders with properties that meet their location, budget, duration, and other needs.
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters, landlords, property owners, and policyholders throughout the housing process.
• Negotiate rental terms, extensions, and resolve urgent housing issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate case records and property information using CRM/PMS platforms.

Required profile

• Proven experience in insurance housing, temporary or relocation services.
• Hands‑on understanding of Additional Living Expenses (ALE) processes.
• Strong case‑management, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to manage multiple active cases and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM/PMS platforms such as ReloQuest, Yardi/Yardi Voyager, AppFolio, RealPage, Rent Manager, Propertyware, DoorLoop.
• Familiarity with property‑management operations, rental agreements, and move‑in/move‑out coordination.
