Client Relationship Specialist

About the role

Altisource is looking for an energetic and motivated Client Relationship Specialist to develop and expand client relationships within its mortgage and real‑estate services business. You will work closely with operations and sales teams to ensure smooth onboarding, ongoing communication, and growth of existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Create client expansion roadmaps, product/service gap analyses and present relationship plans to senior executives.
• Onboard customers cohesively, maintain communication, and promote business growth with Trelix.
• Serve as escalation point for technical and service issues, using tracking tools to resolve them efficiently.
• Manage regional vendors, monitor open order counts, and ensure work aligns with capacity and SLA expectations.
• Produce weekly performance reports, including trend and root‑cause analysis.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an inside Account Manager for a mortgage lender or in an operations environment (processing, underwriting, closing).
• Working knowledge of mortgage origination operations, including lending, underwriting, servicing, and pipeline management.
• Familiarity with loan origination systems such as Encompass or similar LOS.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under tight timelines.
