Property Onboarding Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail‑oriented Property Onboarding Specialist to manage the onboarding of new properties into our portfolio. You will coordinate with owners, vendors, cleaners and internal teams to ensure every property is fully prepared and operational before going live.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end onboarding process for new properties, from data collection to live launch.
• Collect and organize property information, documents, photos, access details and inventory lists.
• Set up and maintain listings on Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and other platforms.
• Configure properties in the PMS/channel manager, ensuring accurate rates, availability, fees and policies.
• Coordinate photography, cleaning, maintenance, inspections and property setup.
• Create and verify listings, descriptions, amenities, house rules and check‑in instructions.
• Work with owners and vendors to resolve onboarding issues and meet launch deadlines.
• Conduct quality‑control checks and maintain onboarding trackers, documentation and status updates.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of experience in property management, short‑term rentals, hospitality or operations.
• Experience with Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com or similar short‑term rental platforms.
• Familiarity with PMS/channel management systems such as Guesty, Hostaway, Hostfully, Lodgify or Hospitable.
• Strong organizational and project‑coordination abilities, with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
