About the role

BairesDev is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join its Research & Development (R&D) team. The role is fully remote and focuses on modernizing infrastructure, implementing automation, and ensuring security compliance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in migrating infrastructure to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
• Design, build, and maintain alerting and monitoring systems for the entire stack.
• Complete the transition to a CI/CD deployment model.
• Provide integration support for third‑party services such as payment rails, SMS/Email, KYC, and analytics.
• Own and drive InfoSec compliance initiatives by implementing appropriate processes and standards.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on DevOps experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles, clean code, and scalable architecture.
• Intermediate experience with agile methodologies.

Required skills

• SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Microservices architecture.
• Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
• CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Version control systems (Git).
• Automated testing, unit and integration testing, and code coverage.
• Monitoring and alerting tools.
• InfoSec compliance processes.
