About the role

We are looking for a SysOps / Systems Operations Engineer to join an international organization that operates across multiple time zones. The role is fully remote, supporting infrastructure and systems for teams located in Uruguay or Argentina while collaborating with stakeholders worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, monitor and maintain the organization’s infrastructure and systems.
• Analyze and resolve incidents, ensuring operational continuity.
• Track availability, performance and health of services.
• Participate in the implementation, maintenance and improvement of environments and processes.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, Security and other technical teams.
• Document procedures, incidents and solutions, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to automation and optimization projects.
• Interact with international technical teams and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Analytical, autonomous and solution‑oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Strong ability to work in a team, prioritize incidents and adapt to dynamic contexts.
• Advanced English proficiency for technical meetings, conversations and written communication.
• Proven experience in SysOps, Systems Operations, Infrastructure or Cloud Operations roles.
• Demonstrated capability to independently analyze and resolve incidents.
• Experience working with technical teams in international environments.

Required skills

• Experience with cloud environments.
• Automation and scripting knowledge.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience in high‑availability environments or operations with international scope.
