Inbound Sales Performance Leader

About the role

TurFresh is seeking a results‑driven Inbound Sales Performance Leader to boost the conversion rate of its inbound sales team. This remote, 90‑day contract role focuses on measurable improvement and may evolve into a long‑term leadership position.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze inbound call data and AI insights to identify conversion bottlenecks.
• Design and deliver weekly coaching, role‑playing, and performance‑management sessions.
• Implement call‑review processes, dashboards, and reporting to track progress.
• Collaborate with marketing and field technicians to ensure seamless hand‑off from inquiry to service delivery.
• Continuously test new ideas and refine sales playbooks to increase close rates.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Availability to work during U.S. Pacific business hours.
• Proven experience leading inbound sales teams in a remote environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven results.
