Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

Remote Club is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support its rapid growth. You will act as a trusted HR advisor, driving people initiatives, enhancing employee experience, and helping build a scalable organization.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers, ensuring timely resolution of HR matters.
• Partner with leadership on employee relations, retention strategies, compensation discussions, performance management, and talent development.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and off‑boarding processes.
• Analyze people metrics and HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and professional development initiatives.
• Communicate and enforce HR policies and procedures.
• Develop scalable people processes and best practices to support organizational growth.
• Collaborate with managers to improve team performance and employee satisfaction.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, People Operations, Talent Management, or HR Business Partner roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices is preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Excel.
• Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets.
• Advanced use of presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides).
