Hiring Journey Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Hiring Journey Analyst to own the candidate experience for both internal and external openings. Working remotely, you will act as the primary liaison between candidates and the company, ensuring a smooth, fast, and engaging recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with candidates, keeping them informed and motivated throughout the hiring pipeline.
• Maintain accurate records of resumes, assignments, interview feedback, and assessment results.
• Evaluate candidates' knowledge, skills, experience, and soft‑skill fit.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews, coordinate interview schedules, coding challenges, and assessments.
• Serve as the point of contact during client interviews, facilitating clear two‑way communication.
• Provide detailed candidate summaries to the staffing team for optimal resource allocation.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to keep precise records.
• Proven ability to build rapport and maintain candidate engagement.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
