Hiring Journey Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Hiring Journey Analyst to own the candidate experience for both internal and external hiring pipelines. Working remotely, you will act as the primary liaison between candidates and the company, ensuring a smooth, fast, and engaging recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain detailed records of applicant information, including resumes, assessments, and interview feedback.
• Evaluate candidates’ knowledge, skills, and soft‑skill fit against job requirements.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews, coordinate interview schedules, coding challenges, and assessments.
• Serve as the point of contact during client interviews, facilitating clear two‑way communication.
• Provide the staffing team with concise candidate summaries to aid resource allocation.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of candidate data.
• Proven ability to build rapport and maintain candidate interest.
