Head of People

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head of People to shape and scale our People function across a fast‑growing technology organization. This senior, strategic role blends People Operations, Talent, Organizational Development, Performance Management, Employee Experience and Culture, working hand‑in‑hand with the leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to define and execute a People strategy that fuels business growth and a scalable employee experience.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, ensuring efficient processes, strong operational execution and compliance.
• Drive performance management, career development, leadership growth and succession planning.
• Strengthen company culture by promoting collaboration, wellbeing and inclusion across globally distributed teams.
• Leverage People analytics, data, technology and AI to improve decision‑making and optimise People processes.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in Human Resources or People Management.
• Previous experience leading People or HR teams in software or fast‑growing technology companies.
• Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition, Performance Management and Organizational Development.
• Experience working with distributed and international teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, fluent English.
