Head of Investor Relations – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train AI models that assist finance experts. You will evaluate AI chatbot answers, test their logic with real‑world scenarios, and provide structured feedback to improve model quality.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant responses on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Check the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs using your finance knowledge.
• Challenge models with complex, edge‑case scenarios to identify strengths and gaps.
• Provide clear, structured feedback for each model iteration.
• Generate diverse finance‑related problems and assess AI performance for correctness and reliability.

Required profile

• Bilingual‑level fluency in English.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s/PhD preferred but not mandatory.
• Comfortable working as an independent contractor on a remote schedule.
